Dieser Chardonnay reflektiert präzise Herkunft: Buntsandstein-Verwitterung über kalkhaltigem Mergel prägt die kleine Lage, verleiht kühle Eleganz, feine salzige Nuancen und eine noble, reduktive Spannung, ohne Üppigkeit. Ausbau in einem ausgewogenen Mix aus neuen und gebrauchten Barriques sorgt für Tiefe, ohne die Frische zu überdecken. Natürliche Hefen, zwölf Monate Holzreife und zwei Monate Feinhefe im Tank formen Struktur, subtiles Kraftpaket und ein elegantes Understatement.

Reben stammen aus burgundischer Sélection Massale, noch jung, aber schon jetzt präzise im Ausdruck: mineralische Klarheit, feine Spannung und ruhige, selbstbewusste Eleganz. Der Wein zeigt, dass der Haardter Bürgergarten in dieser Phase graduell an Mandelring-Niveau heranreicht oder es sogar übertrifft. Unbedingt dekantieren.

These forks were a fun addition to our holiday table. They’re a bright, shiny gold with a hammered finish and honestly look much more expensive than they are. At a glance, they really do resemble real gold flatware. They’re also surprisingly solid. These are not flimsy, fast-food-style plastic utensils. The forks feel sturdy in your hand and can easily handle everything from salad to steak—no bending tines or snapping. Once they’re on the table, you wouldn’t know they’re plastic until you pick them up. They only downside to them is that the design to have them come to a point at the end of the handle made it slightly uncomfortable in my hand while using it. They’re an excellent option for weddings, parties, or any event where you want an elegant table setting without using real metal flatware. They also hand-wash well and can be reused multiple times, which makes them a nice choice even for at-home entertaining when you want something that looks special without the worry.
