Die Schoten stammen aus aktueller Ernte und haben folgende Eigenschaften:

  • Länge: ca. 18-20 cm
  • Restfeuchte: 28-33% (ideal)
  • Vanillin Gehalt: ca. 2,2 %
  • wunderschöne dunkelbraune, fast schwarze Farbe
  • Inhalt: 5 Stück

Die hier angebotene Vanille stammt direkt von einem Familienbetrieb aus Madagaskar mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Anbau und der Verarbeitung von Vanille. Hier wird komplett auf den Einsatz von Pestiziden verzichtet. Nur mit viel Erfahrung im Anbau der Bourbon-Vanille kann eine Schote von höchster Klasse entstehen.
