Die Mischung enthält einen Beutel Bio-Salatmix mit Sprossengemüse, Alfalfa, Linsen, Bockshornklee und gelbem Senf. Und ein Beutel Bio-Winterrettich.Streuen Sie einen Löffel Samen in den Anzuchttopf.Und fügen Sie ausreichend lauwarmes Wasser hinzu. Deckel aufdrehen und gut abtropfen lassen. Spülen Sie 2 bis 3 Mal am Tag. Stellen Sie die Anzuchttöpfe bei ca. 20 °C auf eine Abtropfschale. Die Samen können das ganze Jahr über im Innenbereich gesät werden.

Surprisingly good

This actually works, which I was surprised by as it's an oil. I was out in the sun for 3 hours and didn't burn. Shake well before use, of course. The micro glitter leaves the most gorgeous glow to the skin that shimers so lusciously in the sunlight. My only complaint is that it's a little sticky when it dries down, but that won't stop me from using it.
