We present the Point-7 SPY Freewave 2024 sails.

THE POWER FREESTYLE WAVE MULTI-TASKING HIGH ASPECT POWER ANGRY 5 BATTEN SET UP.

Designed for:

Power to plan, hit a lip, or a ramp in the lightest conditions and ready to challenge even the toughest situations. Blasting for bump and jump conditions, up to trying out the basics of freestyle. You won’t find anything else with more control, wide wind range, and power out there.

About this sails:

• Abundance of power
• Wide wind range
• True all-round contender
• Power for onshore conditions and small waves
• Surfing and jumping
• Punchy and precise
• Symbol of control: forward positioned profile for great drive mixed with good skin tension
• Power is nothing without control!
• Ready to foil

What's new:

A totally new look and aggressive design.

Its Character:

A powerful masterpiece and a symbol of control. Using a rich forward positioned profile for great drive mixed with good skin tension, the Point-7 SPY Freewave 2024 is a powerful yet extremely controllable sail which ensures you stay on top of things in the widest variety of conditions and range of winds. The leech falls away smoothly down to batten four, whereas both it and the bottom batten retain plenty of rotation around the mast. Up-to-date detailing, and the upward geometry of the battens themselves also give an idea of the sail's intended performance credentials High-cut foot and high clew eyelet positions give the sail a distinctly beefed-up wave specific appearance. Undoubtedly the right choice for many and most.

On the water:

Point-7 SPY Freewave 2024 is fast, efficiently transitioning the extra power from gusts into more speed. While always balanced in the hands, as it gathers speed, the Point-7 SPY Freewave 2024 feels lighter and lighter, helping to inspire the user to try new maneuvers or drop into the next set of waves. The Spy generates a good deal of bottom end grunt. The center of pressure is located high and forward in the draft, its power amplified by the high position of the clew, offering the rider plenty of usable feedback. It is a real powerhouse of a sail, giving even to the heavier or taller rider the impetus to pump and release their board onto the plane early. It has an impressive all-round nature, happily fulfilling diverse roles, from high wind blasting engine, to marginal wind powerhouse for the opportunist. In transition the Spy retains its power and drive rather than going neutral in the hands, yet its stability is unwavering, allowing the rider to rely upon it and reposition at will, the battens rotating positively around the mast.

Materials:

- 5mil Anti UV X-ply base panel for protection from accidents. All our Ply, X-ply, and Scrims monofilm are produced in the United States.
- X-ply Anti UV- window only where it would not obstruct perfect vision.
- 5mil central transparent monofilm visibility window.
- X-ply alternate batten pockets for lighter weight and reflex.
- 4mil Anti UV X-ply laminate for high reactivity.
- 2.5 mil Anti UV X-ply laminate for light weight and forgiving in landings.

Target development:

Targeting an ideal blend of measured power and balanced handling. Assuring an efficient energy to the board, even with a shorter boom length, making it shorter than what you would normally expect. From light wind wave sail to high wind straight-line blaster.

Rigging:

The Point-7 SPY Freewave 2024 is straightforward to rig, requiring little force to counter its luff curve to set the rotation of the profile to obtain a slight loose leach which falls to the front point of the first top mini batten. Playing with the outhaul on the higher ring, will boost power or increase control but do give a good outhaul tension until you find your perfect performance. Tighten the bottom and top battens, but just remove wrinkles on the other battens without overtightening them. When the wind becomes increasingly severe, the Spy can be retuned with more tension, increasing the twist in the leech without losing much shape in the draft. For wave sailing use the lower ring and decrease the downhaul by 2cm from max specs setting.

Comic Book Guy's book of pop culture is a hilarious read. Get in the know with Film, sci-fi, gaming, and of course, comics. Read all about a typical day in the life of comic book guy and learn his all time favorite quotes. Take a look at how to run your own comic book shop. Look at CBG places to be such as gaming tournaments, parent's basement, and baseball card convention. Learn the 15 types of moviegoers. A roll-on-the-floor-laughing book for not only for Simpson's fans but comic book fans as well. I highly, highly recommend it.

Absolutely thrilling and entertaining! Never wanted to put this book down 🫶🏻
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I’m not gonna lie, I saw this was from Jennifer Lynn Barnes, read the description, and I was immediately hooked. Search and rescue dogs? Check. Family secrets? Check. A thrilling read? Check, check, and check. I absolutely loved every minute of this book, but considering that Jennifer Lynn Barnes also wrote The Inheritance Games, I shouldn’t have been surprised. So, plot, characters, and writing. For one, with the plot, I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the open ending. I didn’t find it that open in my opinion. I think it left just enough to let you know that people’s stories don’t end just because an event does. It’s more realistic that way and I seriously don’t understand why people get so mad about it. Besides that complaint from other people (not from me), every bit of the plot was exciting in this book. As far as the characters go, if you love love love Jameson from The Inheritance Games, you’ll absolutely adore Jude. Same character type and everything. Kira was obviously very reserved and different as a person because of her trauma, but I liked her depth. I wish we would’ve gotten a little more backstory about what happened to her in the woods and why it happened, but that’s okay. And the dogs? Probably the best characters in the whole book. Lastly, with the writing, if you liked any of Jennifer Lynn Barnes’ previous books, you’ll love this one. I seriously enjoyed this book so much. Overall, this was a book that I couldn’t put down and literally kept me on my toes. One hundred percent worth it to read (unless you don’t like somewhat open endings). Definitely a top read for this year. Favorite quote: “The things that haunt us, they make us human.”

This was a lovely story!!
Format: Kindle
I really enjoyed The Lovely and the Lost, all the characters were really vibrant and unique. Kira was found lost in the woods when she was a little girl. No one knew how long she had been on her own in the woods. Cady Bennett, the woman who had found her, adopted Kira and raised her with Jude, her son. Together Jude, Kira, and Free (their closest friend) train with their dogs to become search and rescuers. Now teenagers, they go on their first mission. It is hardest on Kira, who sees parallels between herself and the missing girl. Secrets start popping up and exploding, things are getting dangerous, and Kira is more determined than ever to find the lost child and bring her home. The story was heartwarming, adventurous, and had many laugh out loud moments. The end left a hint of an mystery uncovered, so a sequel would be greatly appreciated! Well done!

Feels incomplete... slight ranting
Format: Kindle
I liked the story. I liked the characters, they were easy to get to know and understand but this book definitely felt very “raised by wolves”. I made me really miss Bryn and it doesn’t feel finished. I’ve only read RBW and L&L by Jennifer, but both left me with a feel of the books being incomplete. I’m just left wanting more, and feeling slightly unsatisfied. I think her endings are a little rushed, I need a bit more closure. I want more answers. I don’t need everything wrapped up in a little bow, but if the author doesn’t plan on writing any more books then for the love of god please complete the ending and stop making the readers want more. Once again, a good book just frustrating.
