Nun mit überarbeiteter Geometrie und OEM-Optik.
Die größten Neuerungen auf einen Blick:
- Abgerundete Einlasskanten und einen entsprechenden Einlassradius, der für weniger Verwirbelung und einen sauberen Airflow sorgt.
- Eine Neue Rohrführung, die eine gleichmäßigere Druckverteilung und eine dadurch effizientere Verbrennung erzeugt.
- Carbonfaserverstärkter Werkstoff für eine Hitzebeständig in Höhe von 110 °C bei OEM ähnlicher Materialanmutung und höherer Festigkeit sowie Krafstoffresistenz.
Unser Ram Air Intake im Detail:
- Die originale Ansaugung weist einen deutlich kleineren Querschnitt auf als der Luftfilterkasten. Der RAM Air Intake vergrößert diesen Flaschenhals und sorgt durch seine Geometrie, inspiriert von unserem Velocity Stack für eine optimierte Strömungsführung.
- Der Ram Air Effekt erzeugt bei höherer Geschwindigkeit einen natürlichen Überdruck, für spürbar mehr Füllung und dynamischere Gasannahme.
- Wir folgen den Anfragen aus der Community und liefern reale Leistungsdaten an einem seriennahen M102 sowie M103 Motor nach!
Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung:
- Originalen Ansaugschlauch entfernen und das originale Endstück aus dem Luftleitblech lösen.
- Mitgelieferte Schablone von außen auf das Luftleitblech auflegen und Einlass markieren.
- Ausschnitt mithilfe eines Dremels vergrößern.
- Trichter einsetzen, Befestigungspunkte markieren, Löcher bohren.
- Trichter mit beiliegenden Blechmuttern und Schrauben montieren.

Good inexpensive sound deadening

This stuff works great, it's easy to apply, sticky, easy to cut. 36 ft.² was enough to do the inside and outside of my doors the roof, the wheel wells and rear fenders. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than others.

This sound deading material has a good thickness to it. It seems like the cab of the truck is cooler inside from the heat of the motor. It’s easy to install and easy to cut with a razor blade. The quality it’s an 8/10 the only complaint I have is the adhesion will stick to your fingers if you are touching it when you peel the backing paper off. It stick to the truck great tho. It covered the entire floor and back wall of a single cab truck.
