Dieses Holz ist sehr hart, witterungsfest, stark gemasert und dadurch besonders elegant. Rostfrei, eisgehärtet, handgeschärft - wasserabweisend aber nicht wasserfest - nicht spülmaschinenfest Reinigungshinweis: 1. Reinigen Sie das Messer nach Gebrauch mit einem feuchten Tuch! Messer niemals ungereinigt liegen lassen- besonders nach dem Umgang mit säurehaltigen Lebensmitteln. 2. Messer niemals mit ätzenden oder scheuernden Mitteln reinigen 3.
