Diese Riserva-Version des Bricco San Pietro wird ausschließlich in außergewöhnlichen Jahrgängen hergestellt und ist das Ergebnis sorgfältiger Handwerkskunst, Präzision und Geduld. Nach der traditionellen Vinifikation mit 25 Tagen Maischestandzeit reift der Wein volle 32 Monate in französischen Tonneaux, gefolgt von einer zweieinhalbjährigen Flaschenreife. Das Ergebnis ist ein Wein von enormer Tiefe, Struktur und Langlebigkeit.

Die Farbe ist dicht und tiefschwarz. Die Nase bietet tiefe Aromen von geröstetem Holz, Kakao, Sauerkirschen und schwarzen Früchten, kombiniert mit würzigen und floralen Noten. Im Mund ist er vollmundig, dunkel und intensiv mit festen, reifen Tanninen, die sich wie Samt über den Gaumen legen. Der Abgang ist lang, dunkel und würzig – ein Wein für große Momente.
