Da die Qualität bei uns entscheidet, wird diese Klappenabgasanlage aus hitzebeständigem 1.4828 Edelstahl gefertigt. Dieses hochwertige Material verschafft der Anlage eine lange Lebensdauer. Gefertigt werden die Anlagen ausschließlich von Hand in einem WIG Schweißverfahren. Anschließend werden die Anlagen auf Hochglanz poliert. Eine Qualitätskontrolle schließt den Fertigungsprozess nun vollständig ab.

Diese Anlage ist sowohl für den S5 mit V8 sowie auch für die neueren Modelle S5/S4 mit V6 Motor erhältlich.

Bei dem V8 ist über das gesamte Drezahlband ein massiver Leistungszuwachs/Drehmomentzuwachs zu verzeichnen und der Klang bekommt eine aggressive V8 Charakteristik. Mehrleistung ca. 20PS beim V8.
Bei den V6 Motoren gibt es einen deutlichen Drehmomentzuwachs im unteren Drezahlbereich. Der Klang wird deutlich aggressiver gegenüber der Serienanlage. Katersatz und Schalldämpferersatz sind die Vorraussetung für Leistungssteigerungen (Steuergerätoptimierung) bis 550 PS. Die Rohrdurchmesser sind größer dimensioniert, als beim Original.

Mit der mitgelieferten Steuerung CES-3 ist das System frei programmierbar und staudrucküberwacht!
