Nase:
Das Bukett enthält frische rote Früchte wie Walderdbeeren und Kirsche und ebenfalls Anklänge an getrocknete mediterrane Kräuter. Die Nase wirkt klar, präzise und schnörkellos.Gaumen:
Dieser Rotwein sollte (im jetzigen Stadium) belüftet werden, damit er seine ganze Schönheit entfalten kann. Am Gaumen hat er einen saftigen, beinahe knackigen Auftakt, und zur roten Frucht gesellt sich eine gute Portion Mineralität. Der Wein hat überdies Spannung und einen straffen vertikalen Zug. Das kreidige Tannin sorgt für einen trockenen Abgang mit guter Länge. Dies ist ein Priorat-Vertreter, der nicht durch Schwere und Extraktion geprägt ist, sondern sich über Schlankheit und Eleganz definiert. Der Blend aus den beiden wichtigsten Rebsorten des Priorats zeigt nicht die heiße, sondern die sinnliche und erfrischende Seite des Mittelmeers auf. Der Fokus liegt hier eindeutig auf Frische und Trinkbarkeit.
Informationen zum Wein:
Die Cuvée aus jeweils 50 Prozent Garnacha und Cariñena stammt von Trauben aus verschiedenen Weinbergen im Anbaugebiet Priorat. Die Winzer Dominik Huber und Tatjana Peceric setzen auf eine relativ frühe Lese und vorsichtige Extraktion. Sie stehen damit exemplarisch für den Ansatz einer neuen spanischen Winzergeneration, der es um Frische und Feinheit anstatt dunkler Farbe und Dichte geht.
