Pam de Nas — katalanisch für "Handvoll Nase" — ist Trossos del Priorats Cuvée aus Grenache, Cariñena und einem Schuss Cabernet Sauvignon. Zehn Jahre Flaschenreife haben aus diesem Wein einen komplexen, reifen Priorat gemacht, der jetzt auf seinem Höhepunkt ist.

Granatrot mit bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen. Ein reifes Bouquet von getrockneten Kirschen, Leder, Tabak, Gewürznelke und warmem Stein. Am Gaumen geschmeidig und harmonisch: die Tannine sind vollständig integriert, die Säure gibt dem Wein Frische, der Cabernet Sauvignon bringt eine feine Kräuterwürze ein. Der Abgang ist lang und erdig. Ein Wein, der jetzt getrunken werden will — zu geschmortem Fleisch oder reifem Hartkäse.
