Der La Loge von Pierre Gerbais ist ein außergewöhnlicher Blanc de Blancs im wörtlichen Sinne – ausschließlich aus Pinot Blanc Vrai gekeltert, einer seltenen Rebsorte in der Champagne. Die Basis bildet eine Réserve Perpétuelle, die über ein Jahrzehnt (2011–2020) kontinuierlich gepflegt wurde.

Vinifiziert in Celles-sur-Ource, zeigt dieser Extra Brut eine tiefe, cremige Struktur mit salziger Spannung und feinem Druck. Ausdruck einer geduldigen Arbeit im Keller, die Komplexität ohne Gewicht erzeugt – ein Champagner zwischen Geschichte und Moderne.
