„Santoku“ bedeutet ein Allzweckmesser, geeignet für Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Es wurde entwickelt, um sowohl Merkmale des japanischen Nakiri (Gemüsemesser) als auch des westlichen Gyuto (Fleischmesser) zu haben. Da es sehr bequem und praktisch ist, wird es oft auch im Haushalt verwendet .


Aogami Nr. 2 (Hitachi Metals Ltd.) wird durch Hinzufügen von Chrom und Wolfram / Wolfram zu Shirogami Nr. 2 hergestellt. Dies führt zu einer erhöhten Zähigkeit und der Produktion von harten Karbidmolekülen, die die Schnitthaltigkeit verbessern. Viele Messerbenutzer haben festgestellt, dass Aogami Nr. 2 Shirogami Nr. 2 zwar in Bezug auf die Kantenschärfe sehr ähnlich ist, aber eine etwas bessere Schnitthaltigkeit aufweist. Kurouchi Finish, der unbearbeitete (schwarze) Teil auf der Klingenoberseite hat bereits eine dunkle Patina entwickelt, die die Klinge schützt und ihr ein traditionelles japanisches Aussehen verleiht. Damast ist ein laminiertes Stahlmesser, das aus mehreren Schichten verschiedener Stahlmaterialien besteht. Die Mitte der Klinge besteht aus hartem Stahl für Schärfe, beide Seiten sind mit mehreren weichen Stahlmaterialien bedeckt. Die mehreren Stähle werden metallurgisch verbunden, nicht durch Plattieren oder Kleben. Je mehr die Klinge geschmiedet wird, desto komplexer werden die Wellen und desto schöner wird das einzigartige Maserungsmuster.

Reliable Quick Cleaner for Leather Interiors I’ve been using the Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer on my car’s interior for a while now, and it’s become one of those go-to products I like to keep on hand.
