Es gibt Situationen, da möchte man einfach Kaffee trinken - ohne die stimulierende Wirkung von Koffein. Sei es am Abend spät, du hast schon mehrere Kaffees getrunken oder einfach mal als Abwechslung zum Koffein-haltigen Wachmacher.

Meine Erfahrung auf der Suche nach einem qualitativ sehr guten Rohkaffee ohne Koffein ist: viele entkoffeinierte Kaffees schmecken einfach nicht gut.

Deshalb bin ich besonders happy, bei der Kooperative Capucas aus Honduras einen tollen, sehr hochwertigen entkoffeinierten Kaffee gefunden zu haben. Die Kooperative hat ihren Sitz im Ort Las Capucas und wurde 1999 durch Jose Omar Rodriguez gegründet.

Der Rohkaffee wird mit Wasser entkoffeiniert. Das Swiss Water Decaf Verfahren beinhaltet keine Chemikalien und ist somit besonders sinnvoll für die Umwelt und deinen Kaffeegenuss.

Der Kaffee schmeckt nach Milchschokolade und leicht nach Steinobst. Der Kaffee ist süss und hat einen mittleren Körper.

Geeignet für Siebträgermaschinen, Vollautomaten oder Moka-Kanne.

 

Schmeckt der entkoffinierte Kaffee genau so gut wie normaler Kaffe?
Ja! Der koffeinfreie Kaffee ist so gut, dass er bei uns intern in der Rösterei ernsthaft mit den bewährten Kaffeesorten konkurriert. 

Welche Vorteile hat entkoffeinierter Kaffee?
Entkoffeinierter Kaffee bietet den vollen Kaffeegenuss ohne die anregende Wirkung von Koffein. Er ist ideal für Menschen, die empfindlich auf Koffein reagieren, Schlafprobleme vermeiden oder ihren Koffeinkonsum reduzieren möchten. Zudem enthält er wertvolle Antioxidantien und sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe, die eine gesundheitsfördernde Wirkung haben.

Ist entkoffeinierter Kaffee genauso gesund wie normaler Kaffee?
Ja, entkoffeinierter Kaffee enthält nahezu dieselben Antioxidantien und Nährstoffe wie regulärer Kaffee. Decaf Kaffee hat die selben positive Effekte auf das Herz-Kreislauf-System und den Stoffwechsel – nur ohne die wachmachende Wirkung.

Wie wird der Kaffee entkoffeiniert?

Wieso ist der Kaffee teurer als die anderen Kaffees?
Wir haben uns bewusst für einen recht teuren Rohkaffee entschieden. Das Swiss Water Decaf Verfahren ist eher teuer, dafür umso besser für Umwelt, Geschmack und deine Gesundheit. Ganz nach dem Motto: lieber einen richtig guten Kaffee als viele mittelmässige 🙂 

Muss ich etwas Spezielles bei der Zubereitung beachten?

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
