Nase:
Helle rote Früchte, zarte Noten von gerösteten Mandeln, wilden Kräutern, Waldboden und Roter Bete. Erdige Tiefe paart sich mit Noten von Soja und Algen, auch hier tritt der Eindruck von Umami wieder wunderbar in Erscheinung. Ein überaus facettenreicher und komplexer Schaumwein, der überrascht.

Der 2016er Große Reserve Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature von Loimer packt den Gaumen, er wirkt charmant und zugleich fordernd. Eine weitere Überraschung was die Entwicklung von Schaumweinen aus Österreich angeht, bietet sich uns dar.
