"Broadcasting the Blues: Live from Germany to Sweden" feiert das hundertjährige Jubiläum (1925–2025) des „King of the Blues“ B.B. King und ist die erste offizielle Veröffentlichung von zwei Konzerten, die live für die Fernsehsendung „Swing In” am 19. Januar 1968 aufgezeichnet und vom WDR in Deutschland ausgestrahlt wurden. Die zweite Show wurde am 29. Oktober 1973 in Stockholms Konzerthaus aufgezeichnet und im schwedischen Fernsehen (SVT) ausgestrahlt.

Es handelt sich um eine offizielle Veröffentlichung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem B. B. King Estate und Reelin' In The Years Productions, die von den Originalbändern übertragen und von Matthew Lutthans im Mastering Lab restauriert und gemastert wurde.

Great Federal Courts supplement

This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
