Über den Wein:

Grundlage für diesen Wein bilden zu fast gleichen Teilen Grüner Veltliner (54%) und Riesling (46%). Die Trauben werden sortenweise gelesen und, entrappt und leicht angequetscht.
Die Gärung erfolgt, immer noch sortengetrennt, im Edelstahltank. Nach der Assemblage reift der Jungwein zwei Jahre auf der Feinhefe, ehe er unfiltriert und mit minimaler Schwefeldosis abgefüllt wird.
