In der Aromatherapie wird sie für ihre erdenden und emotional ausgleichenden Eigenschaften geschätzt. Sie unterstützt beim Loslassen von emotionalem Ballast, fördert das Gefühl der Verbundenheit mit der Natur und schafft einen Raum der Stille und des inneren Friedens.

Anwendungsempfehlungen

Im Diffuser: 4–6 Tropfen für eine erdende, beruhigende Waldatmosphäre – ideal für Meditation, Entspannung oder zum Loslassen von emotionalem Stress.
Aromatherapie: Direkt aus der Flasche inhalieren oder 1–2 Tropfen auf ein Taschentuch geben für emotionale Erdung und innere Balance.
Massage: 2–3 Tropfen mit einem Trägeröl (z. B. V-6™ oder Jojobaöl) verdünnen und auf Nacken, Schultern, Brust oder Fußsohlen einmassieren.
Atemwegsunterstützung: 2–3 Tropfen in eine Schüssel mit heißem Wasser geben und den Dampf inhalieren – oder im Diffuser für freies, leichtes Atmen.
