Was bedeutet AFM® Aktivierung?
Das gewaschene, farbsortierte, gebrochene und gesiebte Glaskorn durchläuft den dreistufigen chemischen und thermischen Aktivierungsprozess. Die Aktivierung veredelt die Glasoberfläche, was die einzigartigen Filtrationseigenschaften ermöglicht.
Der Aktivierungsprozess schafft eine hydrophobe – also wasserabweisende – Oberfläche. Die meisten organischen Stoffe sind hydrophob und werden am besten mit einem hydrophoben Filtermaterial gefiltert. AFM®-ng kann Partikel bis zu 1 Mikron Größe und ca. 50% mehr organische Substanzen als Sand und andere Glasfiltermedien ausfiltrieren.
Anwendung:
Bestimmen Sie, welche Gesamtmenge Sie für Ihren Filterbehälter benötigen.
AFM® hat eine geringere Schüttdichte als Sand (1.250kg/m3) und die Menge nach Gewicht sollte daher um 15 % reduziert werden.
Beispiel: 25kg Sand = 21kg AFM® (Sandmenge x 0,85)
- Bei Filteranlagen mit einem Durchmesser unter 400 mm sollte nur AFM®ng Grade 1 benutzt werden
- Für Filter mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 400 mm und 800 mm und für alle Filter mit Düsenböden, unabhängig vom Durchmesser, verwenden Sie 50% AFM®ng Grade 1 und 50% AFM®ng Grade 2
- Empfohlene Filtrationsgeschwindigkeit: 15 bis 30m/h
- Empfohlene Rückspülgeschwindigkeit: 40 bis 50m/h

Füllen Sie die Hälfte des Filterbehälters mit Wasser, um den Filterboden zu schützen, bevor Sie AFM-® in den Filter füllen.
Achtung: Füllen Sie nun zuerst die angegebene Menge von AFM® Korn 2 und danach AFM® Korn 1 in Ihren Filterbehälter.
Nach der Befüllung lassen Sie AFM® entweder für 24 Stunden im Filter ruhen um richtig nass zu werden, oder Sie gehen direkt auf Filtration ohne vorherige Rückspülung. Fahren Sie mit der ersten Rückspülung frühestens 24 Stunden nach der Installation mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 40 - 50 m/h (m3/h/m2) fort.

Sturdy and Easy to Move

Nice once put together.

I really enjoyed these ones. They got put up, putting them together was a two-man task and not very easy at all. They work really good. They're very heavy duty. You can hang things on them. I kick mine out of the way and they work like a charm!

Easy assemble and not to big!

I bought this because I fo a lot of zoom/teams meetings and work just mandated no false backgrounds (don’t ask) soooo to hide my real home and allow others to roam free while I work I got this. Easy to assemble although you will need some space. I thought I might be to big at 11’ wide as I have a small desk area but actually it’s perfect and could use a couple more panels. Leaves just enough room so I’m not completely cocooned - I can move my chair and get up walk behind chair and exit space. Great deal and tax deductible!
