SmartNet Silica

Direkt auf der Grundlage seiner Erfahrung und seines Know-hows im Motorsport führt Pirelli eine patentierte Rennformel in den Radsport ein, die maximalen Grip und Laufruhe auf trockenen und nassen Oberflächen garantiert. Die längliche Form der Silica-Moleküle ermöglicht im Gegensatz zu dem, was bisher mit dem herkömmlichen kugelförmigen molekular geformten Silica erreicht wurde, ein neues Maß an Verfeinerung der Laufflächenmischung mit daraus resultierender Verbesserung des Fahrverhaltens dank der Möglichkeit, die Mischung in der Richtung auszurichten Rollrichtung. Darüber hinaus erhöht die Verbesserung der mechanischen Widerstandsfähigkeit des Profils, die durch die verbesserte Interaktion der Kieselsäure mit anderen Komponenten (wie den direkt in der Mischung verteilten Aramidfasern) erreicht wird, den Schutz vor Pannen und die Haltbarkeit des Gummis.
