Es zeigt ein Vintage Muster aus Bögen und Pünktchen, in das mittig ein größerer Opal und ringsum diesen vier kleinere Opale eingelassen sind. Insgesamt ist das antik silberne Motiv reich verziert mit Spiralbögen und Punkte Formen. Die beiden Piercing Enden sind über einen gebogenen Edelstahl Stift von ungefähr 10mm miteinander verbunden. Der 1,6mm dicke Piercingstab besteht aus silbernem 316L Chirurgenstahl. Das Edelstahl Nabel Piercing ist ein Vintage Curved Barbell und hochwertig verarbeitet, die Opal Steine gibt es in drei Varianten, jede Farbe jedoch schillert auch in ein paar anderen Farben, die Grundfarben sind weiß, hellblau oder blau. Nur die kleine Kugel des Bananen Piercings lässt sich abschrauben, um das Vintage Piercing am Nabel einzusetzen. Das Opal Piercing ist ein Nabel Curved Barbell in 10mm Länge und 14 gauge (1.6mm) Durchmesser.Größe Edelstahl-Stift: 1.6mm (14ga) x 10mm.

Best In Class is a great read for Sponsors/General Partners in the Multifamily Syndication space. The book gives great advice, tips, and ways to create great value with the underlying goal of being a great operator. A great resource to help me win in real estate investing!

I've been in real estate for many years at this point and have owned both single-family and multifamily properties from $100k to $20M, and this book is an incredible tool and resource for me! I've never seen a book cover Asset Management in such detail or clarity. Easy to read but still packed with useful information to help me win in real estate.
