Da die Qualität bei uns entscheidet, wird diese Klappenabgasanlage aus hitzebeständigem 1.4828 Edelstahl gefertigt. Dieses hochwertige Material verschafft der Anlage eine lange Lebensdauer. Gefertigt werden die Anlagen ausschließlich von Hand in einem WIG Schweißverfahren. Anschließend werden die Anlagen auf Hochglanz poliert. Eine Qualitätskontrolle schließt den Fertigungsprozess nun vollständig ab.

Die Klappenabgasanlage kann wahlweise an die originale Klappensteuerung des Fahrzeuges angeschlossen werden , oder ist optional mit der staudrucküberwachten Steuerung CES-3 erhältlich. Zudem bringt sie bis zu 20PS Mehrleistung und ca. 23Nm Drehmoment. Der Performancegewinn zieht sich nahezu über das komplette Drehzahlband.
