Die REAPER V4 Klappenauspuffanlage passt perfekt zum sportlichen Charakter deines Autos . Durch die Möglichkeit, abhängig vom Fahrprofil, die Klappen der Anlage zu öffnen und schliessen kann man sein Fahrzeug als alltagstauglichen Renner nutzen aber auf Knopfdruck Performance und Gänsehaut-Sound abrufen.
Die Abgasanlage wird inkl aller Bauteile von Hand bei uns gefertigt und geschweisst und formiert um höchstem Qualitätsanspruch gerecht zu werden.
Durch die patentierte DTH Doppelklappentechnik ist im geschlossenen Zustand der Klappe dein Auto, leise und langstreckentauglich.

Steuerung:
Da die serienmäßige Klappensteuerung den gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Grenzwerte nicht genügt, rüsten wir eine CAN-Bus gesteuerte Klappensteuerung nach. Dazu checken wir im CAN Modul im Fußraum, mittels eines speziellen Adapters ein und greifen Signale wie Geschwindigkeit / Last / Fahrprofil ab und regeln die Klappen entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
Wie und wann öffnet die Klappe.
Wir entwickeln die Steuerung der Abgasklappen an jedem Fahrzeug individuell sodass die gesetzlichen Grenzwerte und Vorgaben immer eingehalten werden, das Fahrzeug aber auch auf Tastendruck und Schalten der Fahrprofilauswahl maximalen Klang und Performance freisetzt.
Die Abgasklappen sind im Stand geschlossen um die gesetzlichen Regularien einzuhalten.
Im ECO und Comfort Modus öffnen die Klappen erst bei 4000min-1, das ermöglicht unauffälliges und angenehm komfortables Fahren auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten auf der Autobahn.
Im RACE / SPORT Modus schließen die Klappen nur im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Stand und im 3.-7.Gang von 20-80kmh. Im 2. Gang ist die Klappe geöffnet (kein Messbereich) / außerhalb 20-80kmh sind die Klappen geöffnet. Messungen auf der Autobahn ergaben eine Reduzierung des Abgasgegendrucks von über 100mbar.

Survives agressiveness

Great except for one small flaw

Our dog likes to get at the juicy innards of every toy we buy him. We tried this one as it promised to be "bullet proof". It lasted about a week which in fairness is 6.5 days longer than most of the toys we buy last. He ripped off the wings which was to be expected and not an issue. It took him another 6 days to finally locate a weak point and break in. It appears that the tag is not made of kevlar but merely sewed on. I guess it would be better if they had just sewed it on top but they made it part of the overall structural integrity. This provided a small area of weakness which our dog located and proceeded to exploit. It's like having the death star but installing a small thermal exhaust port that allows for access to the very core of the station. Makes little sense. Overall I am pleased with the overall sturdiness but in the end this toy had a small design flaw that my dog was able to locate and exploit in his neverending quest to gain access to and eat polyester fiber stuffing

STRONG AS A MONSTER (albeit a cute one)

My aggressive chewer ate the adorable monster's ear off on the first day, but who cares? The body of the monster has been indestructible so far (one week). My 7 month old pup cbews it for a good 10-15 minutes at a time several times per day. Great quality product and outlasting all the other toys I bought (which she destroyed in 10 minutes - even the ones rated "Level 4 toughness" from Walmart. I think it's hilarious in my photo that the monster's expression perfectly shows his disappointment about missing an ear, LOL.

King has met his match.
Color: Large - Billy the Beast Monster
I received my dog's toy this evening when I place the toy on the ground my dog King went crazy. He is a one-year-old Pitbull and love to tackle any toy he believes he can't take down, but Mr King has met his match with this toy. He was using all of his bite force to demolish the toy but the toy actually has worn him out. He ran around my yard for about 30 minutes with the toy in his mouth producing the squeaking sound from the toy as well. Hold up the toy is totally filthy with dirt almost covering the entire green and yellow belly of the toy. I have brought king mini toys in the last couple of months and this is the best toy that holds up to his energy level. I tried to retrieve the toy and place it in his dog house because it is far beyond his bedtime, but he wanted to play catch me if You can with my new toy. This is a great toy for those big energetic dogs that love to take their aggression out on maybe some furniture or perhaps that favorite shoe you do not want them to chew on. I am totally sold on this toy I brought from the seller who placed the items on the Amazon site. I plan on purchasing a another toy from the buyer to keep King energy at a low level if I can. I just checked on my dog and he actually has taken the toy with him inside of his dog house and now the toy is snugged under his left paw. I'm one of those smart owners I'm not going to even try to take it from him tonight but hopefully in the next week I can sneak it from him and it may be perhaps wash it. I did this item AA Plus

Cute, but not Maligator-proof!

Fun toy while it lasts. My Belgian Malinois made quick work of this little guy but still enjoys playing with its carcass. Bite Force* but not taking into account the bite force of a Mali-gator!
