RICOH Pro™ D1600 öffnet die Tür zum industriellen DTF-Markt und bietet flexible Leistungsoptionen vom Einzelblatt bis zur Massenproduktion.

Die einzigartige gestaffelte Tintenstrahlkopfkonfiguration von Ricoh und die integrierte automatische Wartung ermöglichen hohe Produktivität und reduzierte Ausfallzeiten.

Die innovative Anlage ist die erste, die die digitale Bekleidungsproduktion in großen Mengen unterstützt. Sie ist mit einem Puderrüttler und einer Trocknungseinheit ausgestattet und wurde entwickelt, um Siebdruckern sowie großen und mittleren Textildruckern den Übergang von analogen zu digitalen Produktionsmöglichkeiten zu erleichtern.

Die Pro D1600 kann auf unterschiedliche Auflagenhöhen reagieren und basiert auf modernsten Lösungen, die in Europa entwickelt wurden, und erreicht Geschwindigkeiten von über 20 m² pro Stunde. Die Produktion in hoher Qualität wird durch optimierte, aus Europa bezogene Filme unterstützt.

Die speziell entwickelte Tintenstrahldruckkopf-Konfiguration des Pro D1600 mit drei Ricoh-Druckköpfen unterstützt Folien mit einer Länge von bis zu 1600 mm und die neu entwickelte, DTF-optimierte Ricoh Pro™ DTF-Tinte sorgt für eine hohe Strahlgeschwindigkeit und eine hohe weiße Deckkraft.

Ricoh ist durch das Global Organic Textile Standard Accreditation-Programm (GOTS) zertifiziert - ein freiwilliges Akkreditierungsprogramm, das verlangt, dass alle Rohstoffe nach einem anerkannten internationalen oder nationalen Standard biozertifiziert sind.
