Hier werden die Böden so bearbeitet, dass sich die Wurzeln in der Tiefe entwickeln und die Rebe so widerstandsfähiger gegen Trockenheit ist und keine Bewässerung benötigt. Die Anpflanzungen sind hauptsächlich in Nord-Süd-Richtung angelegt, um die besten Lagen zu nutzen, und alte Rebstöcke sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Erbes des Weinguts. Der Verschnitt besteht aus 20% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 25% Cinsault und 15% Rolle. Die Weinlese, die immer früh am Morgen stattfindet, wird ausschließlich von Hand durchgeführt. Die Trauben werden zum optimalen Reifezeitpunkt geerntet, und die Trauben werden im Weinberg und im Keller selektiert, um nur die besten Früchte zu erhalten. Der Château La Mascaronne Rosé ist ein wahrer Ausdruck seines Terroirs: Seine Qualität ist nicht nur auf die in seiner Mischung verwendeten Rebsorten zurückzuführen, sondern auch auf die Eigenschaften der Böden, auf denen sie angebaut werden. Seine für die Provence typische Farbe, ein schönes Blassrosa, zeigt leuchtende Reflexe. Im Bouquet spiegelt der Wein seinen aromatischen Charakter wider. Er ist subtil und intensiv und zeichnet sich durch seine große Komplexität aus, mit Noten von kleinen weißen Blumen und Früchten aus Obstgärten, insbesondere Pfirsich, unterstützt von einer Zitrusnote. Am Gaumen ist er rund und lebendig, mit feiner fruchtiger Frische und einem schönen Abgang. I recommend this book. Not only because it's a Dr. Sue's book, but because at the end of the school year. I ask my son's teacher to sign it. It's a sweet memory to have and it will be a sweet memory to look at once they graduate Elementary. It's a must. The price is great. Quality... Everything about it is great. Most of all.... Reading the their teacher's have to say about them. Is so sweet!
