Ein weiteres Merkmal der geschmiedeten und beidseitig geschliffenen Messer, ist die handgefertigte Hammerschlagoptik, die jedes Messer zu einem Unikat macht. Dies sorgt für schöne Klingenoptik und hat ganz praktischen Nutzen. Durch die Unebenheiten der Hammerschlagvertiefungen entstehen beim Schneiden kleine Luftpolster, die das Ablösen des Schnittguts fördern und das Arbeiten mit dem Messer erleichtern.

At first we could not get them to work. After looking through the reviews, one man told us that the -\+ were backwards and we tried what he suggested and they worked. I do suggest that because there are two light reels there should be two connecter boxes as well. We had to purchase two packages. Overall, We are satisfied with our purchase.
