Each turn you choose a score card with a goal such as locations with an even number of penguins, with more yellow penguins than red penguins, with a maximum of 5 penguins, or something else! Then you place penguins from your inventory, or take penguins from a single location to move elsewhere. Finally, you score a number of points based on the number of locations that match your scorecard. But be careful! You might move them exactly where your opponents want them!
