Der "BUCO Horsehide Buttock Curve Belt" von The Real McCoy's setzt auf eine vorgeformte Konstruktion, die sich beim Tragen natürlich an den Körper anschmiegt. Durch den leicht gebogenen Zuschnitt entsteht eine ergonomische Passform, die ohne harte Kanten im Verlauf des Bunds auskommt.

Verarbeitet wird sogenanntes Buttock Leather, also Leder aus dem Hinterteil des Pferdes. Dieses Partstück ist besonders dicht in der Faserstruktur, entwickelt eine feine, natürliche Glanzwirkung und bleibt gleichzeitig formstabil mit nur geringer Dehnung. Die Oberfläche zeigt eine ruhige, geschlossene Struktur mit klarer Materialpräsenz.

Das Leder wird pflanzlich gegerbt sowie pigmentiert veredelt. Dadurch erhält es Tiefe im Farbton und eine robuste, alltagstaugliche Oberfläche.
