Vivarium Phyllium nisus "Bukit Daun" :

Il nécessite une humidité comprise entre 60% et 80 % pour la réussite des mues. Une à deux pulvérisations journalières sont ainsi indispensables.

Il est très important, toutefois, d’éviter la présence d’eau stagnante dans le fond du terrarium afin de ne pas les noyer, surtout les juvéniles. Il faut également une bonne ventilation du terrarium.  

 

Température pour Phyllium nisus "Bukit Daun"  :

On peut élever ces phasmes avec une température oscillant entre 18° et 25 °C. Avec une température trop basse, il y a des risques de mortalité importante pour les œufs.

 

Alimentation Phyllium nisus "Bukit Daun"  :

Ils se nourrissent principalement de ronces et de chêne.

  

Élevage Phyllium nisus "Bukit Daun"  :

Reproduction sexuée.

Les oeufs sont laissés tomber au fond du terrarium.

C’est dans un substrat constamment humide que les œufs vont éclore.
