Olla Blanc ist Matassas günstigster Weißwein — Macabeu und Muskateller, taufrisch, zum Soforttrinken. Tom Lubbe macht hier keinen komplexen Naturwein für Kenner, sondern einen einfachen, ehrlichen Weißwein für den Alltag. Der 2025er ist der jüngstmögliche Jahrgang, gerade erst abgefüllt.

Macabeu und Muskateller von alten Reben auf Schiefer, spontan vergoren, kein Schwefel. Die Muskateller-Komponente gibt dem Wein eine aromatische Nase, die Macabeu die Struktur und Frische. 10,5 % Alkohol — leichtfüßig und unkompliziert.

Blasses Strohgelb. In der Nase Holunderblüte, Pfirsich, ein Hauch Muskat und frische Kräuter. Am Gaumen leicht und erfrischend, mit knackiger Säure und einem sauberen Finish. Null Anstrengung, voller Genuss. Der perfekte Hauswein für den Sommer — zum Aperitif, zu Salat, Fisch oder einfach solo auf der Terrasse.
