Nase:
Die für Heinrich typische Reduktion wirkt animierend und erweckt den Anschein eines schlanken, rassigen Typus Rotwein. So wirkt er in enges Korsett gedrängt. Mit Sauerstoff und Zeit in der Karaffe oder einem großen Glas kommen die Aromen zunehmend deutlicher zum Vorschein. Vor allem säuerliche Beeren wie Himbeere, Johannisbeere, Sauerkirsche und Cassis rangeln um die aromatische Vorherrschaft. Das wird von einer feinen Kräuterwürze unterstützt. Ungewöhnlich kann er mit Röstaromen, die an Kaffeebohnen erinnern, auftrumpfen.

Gaumen:
Im Antrunk dann sofort präzise und straight forward. Pinot Noir für Fortgeschrittene oder Unvoreingenommene. Gerade die Sauerkirschfrucht drückt ihm nun spürbar ihren Stempel auf. eine tolle Balance aus Saftigkeit, Säure und total schlankem Auftreten. Die Adstringenz führt zu reichlich Bewegung im Mundraum. Das regt enorm den Trinkfluss an. Leicht, bekömmlich und animierend. Mit einer spürbaren Mineralität versehen streckt er sich deutlich in die Länge. Auch im Nachhall zeigt er die Beerenfrüchte gepaart mit rotem Früchtetee und Liebstöckel noch minutenlang am Gaumen.
