Ventilgehäuse für älteren Typ halb versenkter Ventile

Dieses Ventilgehäuse mit der Artikelnummer Z60217 ist für den älteren Typ halb versenkter Ventile vorgesehen, wie er bei Zodiac und Bombard Schlauchbooten und RIBs verwendet wird. Das Gehäuse sorgt für einen stabilen und luftdichten Sitz des Ventils im Schlauchkörper.

Das Ventilgehäuse wird standardmäßig einschließlich des passenden Ventileinsatzes Z60055 geliefert. Dieser Ventileinsatz ist auch einzeln erhältlich. Das Ventilgehäuse besteht aus zwei Teilen.

Der untere Teil des Gehäuses wird an der Innenseite des Schlauchkörpers eingesetzt. Anschließend wird die Dichtung Z6852 an der Innenseite des Bootsmaterials positioniert; danach werden das Bootsmaterial selbst und zum Schluss der Verschlussring an der Außenseite montiert.

Hinweis: Die Dichtung Z6852 ist nicht standardmäßig enthalten und muss separat über die zugehörigen Produkte bestellt werden. Bei den Produktabbildungen ist eine Übersicht des Aufbaus dieses Ventiltyps zu sehen.

Die passende Verschlusskappe für dieses Ventil ist Z60052. Ventilgehäuse für ältere Ventile wird beim klassischen halb versenkten Ventilsystem verwendet.
