🎁 Kostenlose Italian Gourmet polpa di pomodoro 🍅 400gr
Trockenhefe, auch „Criscito“ genannt, ist ein Naturprodukt, das durch Kneten von Weichweizenmehl vom Typ „0“ und Wasser gewonnen wird, angesäuert durch einen Komplex aus Hefen und Milchsäurebakterien und in der Lage ist, die Gärung von Produktteigen in der Bäckerei und Konditorei zu starten Geschäft.
Da es beim Trocknen nicht mehr aktiv wird, muss Criscito durch die Verwendung einer Aktivhefe im Teig, wie sie normalerweise verwendet wird, reaktiviert werden. Pro Kilo Mehl werden zusätzlich zur normalen Hefe 20 bis 50 Gramm hinzugefügt.
Mit diesem Produkt können Sie endlich ganz einfach natürlich gesäuerte (gemischte) Backwaren erhalten: keine Erfrischungen, tagelange Wartezeiten, keine Konservierungsprobleme mehr.
