Der TheraBand Therapiekreisel eignet sich für Übungen in den Bereichen Gleichgewicht, Stabilisation und Haltungsverbesserung. Er trainiert Gleichgewicht und Gelenkstabilität in mehreren Ebenen.

Die Gleichgewichtstrainer von TheraBand eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten im Balance- und Stabilisationstraining.

Neben den üblichen Balanceübungen kann der Therapiekreisel auch bei Übungen für Bauch, Beine oder den gesamten eingesetzt werden. Diese werden, ausgeführt auf dem Kreisel, nochmal um einiges schwieriger und anspruchsvoller.
