Falzkopf für den Einsatz mit Frässpindeln, mit auswechselbaren Hartmetall Wendeplatten, ideal für Falzarbeiten im stationären Einsatz mit dem Compact Modul System CMS. Wendeplatten-Fräswerkzeuge haben grundsätzlich Vorteile gegenüber herkömmlichen Werkzeugen, insbesondere bei intensiver Nutzung: kein Nachschärfen, immer einsatzbereites Werkzeug und ein konstant bleibender Durchmesser.

  • Der Falzkopf wird, je nach Oberfräse, sicher mit Hilfe der Frässpindel ASL20/OF1010 oder ASL20/OF1400-OF2200, direkt ohne die übliche Spannzange befestigt
  • Großer Durchmesser von 50 mm ermöglicht die Erstellung von tiefen Fälzen
  • Die Hartmetall-Schneiden können bei Beschädigung oder Verschleiß schnell und einfach getauscht werden
