Suggestions
Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch and impurities. Use a ratio of 1 cup of rice to 2.5 cups of water or broth. In a saucepan, bring the water or broth to a boil. Add the rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for about 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
