PART DESIGN

• The ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Rear Bumper Flare Set is made of authentic, hand laid carbon fiber material with pre-impregnated carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin and finished in a beautiful gloss clear coat for UV-protection and extra durability

• Applies directly to the rear bumper cover using the pre-applied adhesive tape to accentuate the area around the fog lights, providing a similar, aggressive look to the R400 concept car

• Dramatically improves the appearance of the rear end and adds a wide, aggressive stance from rear and side of vehicle

• Precision machined metal tooling for dimensional accuracy and consistency. Quality inspected by our in-house Engineering Team 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS Carbon Fiber Rear Bumper Flare Set was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• Installation is very simple and non-permanent. Simply clean the impacted area with an alcohol wipe or similar cleaner, and apply the Flares directly to the rear bumper cover using the pre-applied adhesive tape.
