The ASI 1201-A Stainless Steel Shower Curtain Rod is a rounded curtain rod crafted to be both durable and attractive. The curtain rod adjusts to measure between 61 and 63 inches in length and is designed for mounting outside of the opposite wall. Crafted from type-304, 18-8 alloy, 18-gauge stainless steel tubing, the shower curtain rod features an attractive satin finish, which makes water splashes less noticeable on it surface. The curtain rod measures 1 inch in diameter and coordinates with ASI 1200-SHU Shower Hooks and the ASI 1200-V Shower Curtain. Situated at either end of the curtain rod, the mounting flanges have countersunk holes designed to accommodate #10, 2-inch sheet metal screws, which must be purchased separately. The mounting flanges are fashioned out of rust-proof Zamac finished in chrome. The surface-mounted design of the shower curtain rod allows it to be installed on all types of hard surfaces commonly found in showers, such as plaster, tile, masonry and drywall.
