How to use your Ultimate Body Pillow

Start by holding the pillow in a U-shape and step one leg over so the pillow sits between your legs. From here you have options — and this is where the magic is.

Option A — Back & tummy support:
Tuck one length of the pillow gently under your tummy. Place the other length either in front of your tummy or behind your back.
