A directdrive ECTEC brushless motor is mounted over the sanding pad, eliminating flexible drive cables and carbon brushes.

Built for consistent surface finishing with less effort, it combines intuitive controls with excellent balance to reduce fatigue during extended sanding sessions.
A direct‑drive EC‑TEC brushless motor is mounted over the sanding pad, eliminating flexible drive cables and carbon brushes. This design delivers power directly to the surface while reducing downtime and maintenance. The flexible sanding head increases freedom of movement, allowing smooth, controlled sanding across walls and ceilings, while a removable top section makes it easier to work close to inside edges and abutting surfaces.
Integrated dust extraction captures sanding dust at the surface when connected to a compatible dust extractor, helping keep the workspace cleaner and improving visibility during finishing. The PLANEX easy is fully compatible with existing PLANEX Granat abrasives, making it easy to integrate into established sanding workflows.
