Another important aspect of triplex boat cable is the insulation. The PVC insulation is designed specifically for protection from moisture and fatigue. These conductors also allow the cable to be flexible. Flexibility is essential when working in enclosed marine spaces. The PVC insulation is designed for protection from moisture and fatigue. It is created during the extrusion process. The extrusion process for this cable fills the voids between the conductors. This process eliminates any possibility of moisture or air build up in the wires. To make it even better, talcum powder is coated on the wires.
