This vitamin and mineral formula comes in a tasty fruit juice and whole food base that's easy to drink straight or mix into smoothies or juice.
Recommended Dosage: Children & Adolescents (4-13 years): Take 1/2 serving (10 ml) once daily. Adolescents 14 and over: Take 1 serving (20 ml) once daily.
