Den producerar ingen fukt eller vitt damm runt enheten och är mycket tyst i drift. Stylies Orion är en evaporativ luftfuktare med naturlig avdunstning som upprätthåller rätt fuktighetsnivå i rummen och avlägsnar små föroreningar. Enheten har två fläkthastigheter som låter dig bestämma hur snabbt du behöver befukta rummet. Stylies Orion är en ekonomisk enhet att använda (max. 18 W) och är särskilt lämplig på vintern när luftfuktigheten är låg och uppvärmningssäsongen är i full gång.

Principen för en evaporativ luftfuktare. Fyll behållaren med vatten. Filtret är poröst och absorberar fukt från vattnet. Luft blåses genom filtret, och luften absorberar fukt.

Stylies Orion är ett tyst, energibesparande, bekvämt och hälsosamt sätt att hålla luften fuktig. Orion är perfekt för sovrum, barnrum, kontor och andra små rum tack vare sin låga ljudnivå och design.

Hur fungerar Stylies Orion?

En speciell filtermatta absorberar vattnet från behållaren, och fläkten flyttar den torra luften genom det befuktade filtret. Luften absorberar fukt och blåses tillbaka in i rummet. Den stora fördelen med en evaporativ luftfuktare är att fuktighetsnivån uppnås automatiskt utan ytterligare reglering. För mycket befuktning är inte möjlig eftersom mättad luft inte kan absorbera mer vatten. Dessutom använder förångaren lite ström och arbetar mycket effektivt. Inget ultraljudsmembran eller kokplatta – endast naturlig befuktning.

Mycket enkelt att fylla vatten i en avdunstande luftfuktare

Det är otroligt enkelt att fylla den här luftfuktaren med vatten. Använd en vattenkanna och häll vatten i sidan. Så enkelt är det. Se videon nedan.
Det finns ingen vattentank att bära in i köket eller lock och korkar som kan läcka.

Legionellabakterier

Vissa andra luftfuktare kan utgöra en liten risk för legionellabakterier. Detta  gäller inte denna typ av luftfuktare  (evaporativ). Folkehelseinstituttet skriver följande:

”Luftfuktare som producerar vattendimma utan att höja temperaturen bör rengöras ofta, helst en gång i veckan. Desinficera med klor på samma och skölj noggrant. Töm och rengör alltid behållaren när den inte används. Luftfuktare som avdunstar vattnet vid höga temperaturer, och luftfuktare där vattnet avdunstar från ett filter, är inte smittsamma.”

Closing it when you have a ring.

Its a nice box but the problem i have with it is the middle piece. It does not give enough room if you have a ring that sits high like a cocktail ring. And same if you have a pendant necklace in the necklace area. You have ro really force it closed and i worry that it will put pressure on the items. It would work better without that middle piece for earrings or maybe if it were half the size. Closes fine when its empty but the minute you put a ring in the ring spot that has any kind of height you have to squeeze it shut. Its a good little box that you can put in a safe. Thats why i use it. Just to put my good jewelry in it and then secure it properly in a small house safe. Also ive already had the backs of a few earring pop off when I've opened the earring flap because it all rubs together. .

Songmics Slate Gray Travel Jewelry Box
I purchased the slate gray Songmics jewelry box for travel purposes. We take long vacations and have an upcoming 20 day cruise. I wanted a jewelry box that was compact enough to put in my carry-on bag, but still had room to hold a months worth of jewelry, especially to keep my necklaces for tangling. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised and the packaging was great, shipped in a sturdy box. so no damage to the jewelry box. The color is a rich gray and the 2 tier box, while small, holds a lot of jewelry. I wanted to purchase the ink black but could not justify paying twice the price of the gray one just to get it in black. It is small enough that it will fit in most any hotel/ship safe so I won't be sitting out in the room anyway. It has a strong magnetic snap that keeps the box from opening while in transit. The one negative for me is that the pierced earring card is so thick that my earrings barely go through to have enough room on the back side the slip the backs on. I may separate the double thick card, realizing it will not look as nice but will be more functional. The bottom half of the box will hold bracelets up to 1 1/4" wide. There is enough room under the earrings card to place pendants, additional earrings, etc. The necklace holder is designed to hold 5 necklaces, but I added one more by going across the top, end to end, to prevent tangling. I also placed smaller hoop earrings in the ring holder which holds them securely. This box held 7 bracelets, 2 of which were wide, 5 rings, 9 necklaces (I placed 3 in the bottom of the box, and had room for 23 pair of earrings (some placed in the ring holder and in the bottom of the bo)! I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
