SAMe Ingredients in 1 tablet:
S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) 200 mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, enteric coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, talc, triethyl citrate, glyceryl palmitostearate, silica, titanium dioxide, medium chain triglycerides, yellow iron oxide), glyceryl behenate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica and sodium starch glycolate.

This product does not contain artificial colors, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.

Suggested Use:
SAMe should always be taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed a total of 8 tablets per day.
SAMe must be taken for a minimum of 2 weeks. Adult dose for mood balance: 1 to 4 tablets 2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Adult dose for osteoarthritic pain: 1 to 3 tablets 2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking SAMe in place of or in addition to medications. Not recommended for use in children. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.

Do not take it at night as SAMe may cause anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia. People with bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness) should not use SAMe unless under medical supervision.
