A medium bodied Merlot displaying upfront fresh fruit on the palate, with well integrated and tight tannins. Sourced from vineyards in the Murray Darling & Riverland regions, the parcels of fruit were in excellent condition following great vintage conditions. The fruit was crushed and de stemmed to varying red fermenters

Bright crimson red in colour. Upfront fruit, cherries & raspberries with hints of cedar. A medium-bodied Merlot displaying upfront fresh fruit on the palate, with well-integrated and tight tannins.

Sourced from vineyards in the Murray Darling & Riverland regions, the parcels of fruit were in excellent condition following great vintage conditions.

The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed to varying red fermenters where the fruit was fermented on oak at cooler temperatures, before being blended and stabilised to produce the best possible product.

In the winery a cheeky little pig started to make a name for himseld. Random mischevious acts were being encountered, often acompanied by a glimpse of a curly tailed behind scrambling away with the cutest of little snorts. The winemakers could not help but love this little character; so much so that they named a wine after him.
