You can see the 5th profile picture,if penis tube diameter is too small but base ring diameter is big,then the diagonal gap from base ring bottom to penis tube bottom (,for example,this diagonal gap is 25mm or 30mm,then this size can let ball escape easily) so this kind of cage is not secure enough,but with this scrotum pressing ring,you can see how it narrow the gap,for example,to make the diagonal gap 12mm now,then ball can’t escape from this narrow gap.

Of course,this scrotum pressing ring squeeze the scrotum as well, you need to consider if it is necessary or not,if you don’t need it become scrotum pressing ring,then its size would be as big as penis tube,just like it in BA-25 cage.

2.Penis Tube Inner Diameter 

3.Base Ring Inner Diameter

For other sizes,such as the gap between base ring and penis tube,it is around 10mm by default,but it is customizable too,so if you have demand on this size,you can specify this size in the corresponding text box.

For more style details,such as you don't need scrotum bar,PA hook,.etc.you can specify your demands in the corresponding text box.
