We kept it simple while crafting this 2024 Chardonnay, because great wine doesn’t need to be complicated. Grapes from across Marlborough were picked right when they were bursting with flavour, no fancy tricks, just good timing. 

From there, we pressed, settled, and got things fermenting in stainless steel tanks, using select yeasts. A touch of oak staves brought complexity and structure to the palate alongside a full malolactic fermentation to smooth it all out. Nine months of aging and slight fining, and this Chardonnay was ready to roll. Crack it open, pour a glass, and let the Marlborough Sun do the rest. For the palate, think ripe stone fruits, peach and nectarine all tied together with creamy custard and vanilla bean, simply delicious!
