The Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 All-Season 225/50R18 95W Car Tire is our best, most advanced, all-season high performance tire designed for owners of performance vehicles that drive year round. The Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 is crafted with leading technology and innovations that meet the needs of the high performance consumer. The tire's wide, flat tread arc creates a stable, square footprint, which provides plenty of road gripping rubber. The tire's tread design contains a whole host of leading innovative features to enhance grip, stability and durability. The 3D Micro-Gauge Siping is Cooper's trademarked technology used to stabilize the tread elements and provide remarkably responsive handling. The 3-D Micro-Gauge Sipes provide stability and traction in both wet and dry conditions. They extend the full-depth of the wearable tread which also enhances the worn appearance and contributes to even treadwear throughout the life of the tire. The performance of the Zeon RS3-G1 begins at the molecular level and in the coupled silica tread compound. The Coupled Silica Tread Compound used in the RS3-G1 is specially formulated to provide maximum dry and wet traction enabling the tire to grip and hold the road in all kinds of driving conditions. The Zeon RS3-G1's attractive tread design isn't just for looks! There is more rubber on the outside shoulder and intermediate rib to grip and provide stability during cornering maneuvers, not to mention to reduce tire noise. No matter if you are driving on dry pavement, wet pavement, or even light snow conditions the Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 is truly an all-season ultra-high performance tire.

Started w/ audiobook, now I'm ordering the print too
Format: Paperback
This book is GREAT!! The integration of theory she uses to support her claims is masterful. I began listening to the audiobook, because it was cheaper & I go through a ton of counseling & psych books. I am a grad student in social work, and I'm also a therapy client trying to heal myself. I appreciate that this book targets "chronic shame" which as a central experience to a bunch of issues. The hundreds of books and articles I've researched seem like they were mostly ALL working back to this issue. In a psychology culture that is big on cognitive and chemical solutions to mental health, the relational approach that she emphasizes is critical to the healing process. I appreciate the research she uses from object relations, affect regulation, interpersonal, etc. I purchased the hard copy because 1. I can't underline/highlight an audiobook and 2. I want a copy of the references of theorists and study's that she draws from, because they are pure gold. All therapists need to understand the contents of this book! Unless you are perfectly fine offering band aid solutions. Clients and self-helpers beware. It's not triggering in terms of content, it is activating in the sense that she describes the felt experience of shame SO WELL. I could locate my own felt sense of shame which is, by default, unpleasant. Some stabilization and a decent therapeutic connection is probably necessary before cracking this book open. But that's why I love it. I needed to go deeper and get the core issues. And this book is like a map that guides you right to it.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Highly recommend.
Format: Paperback
One of the most helpful, lucid, and comprehensive books on shame I've encountered. This was required reading for graduate school and is now one of my most returned to, dog-eared, and referenced books. Can't recommend enough.
