Unlike rigid bamboo, this rod flexes and contours to the rocks, giving you superior reach, precision, and durability every time you fish. It is also extremely thin, measuring at about 1 4" inch wide, allowing you to fit in the smallest of honey holes. Despite it's thin diameter, this poke pole has no problem pulling out 5+lb monkeyface eels!

Care Instructions:

• Rinse the poke pole thoroughly with fresh water after every use to extend its longevity.
• Ensure the pole is completely dry before placing it in the carrying case.
• Apply a light coat of oil to the metal connectors to help prevent corrosion.
• If corrosion appears, gently scrub with a scouring—taking care not to damage or file down the connector threads.
