The outer shell is made of a 600D ripstop fabric, which makes it resistant to various weather conditions. The neck is binding in nylon, with a 210T PES lining that gives it a cushioning feeling. It can be attached to the rug with four strong Velcro fastenings. It also has two strong Velcro closures.

A soft cashmere which is ribbed. However it is advertised as a Mens hat but size is very small for a man. Would be a better fit for a petite woman. Looks here like it has a turn up ribbing at bottom, but it does not.
