This is South Africa's best selling brandy. Klipdrift is the market leader in brandy, and has over time become almost synonymous with the brandy category in the minds of consumers. The first Klipdrift brandy was blended, bottled and sold from the farm Klipdrift near Robertson in January 1938. At first the owner and cellarmaster, JP Marais, made limited quantities of this exclusive brandy available selling it by means of direct mail order.

Meticulously blended in over 50 year old pot stills, Klipdrift Premium is the result of master brandy distillers’ dedication to the craft of making a brandy, that over the years has come to be known simply as...Premium. Amber gold. The nose prominent flavours are cedar notes, tobacco and spices. This one is full-bodied but smooth brandy, a testimony to the ideal melding of time, wood and skill and perfect maturation. Although there are many different flavours of spices, tobacco and wood, they are not separate but perfectly combined and married together. This is Klipdrift Premium.
